Profile
| Birth Date | 27 May 1975 |
| CLT20 debut | 2010 |
A late entrant into the Australian side, Michael Hussey has made a name for himself in a significantly less amount of time. At 37 Hussey is hardly a spring chicken, but the ever-smiling left-handed batsman from Australia never lets age dictate his performance. Hussey started his international career with a real bang, reaching statistical stratosphere in both Tests and ODIs. ‘Mr. Cricket’, as he is affectionately called, has been a real honest worker for CSK. Hussey became the second batsman to score a century in IPL when he made 116 against Kings XI Punjab in 2008. Hussey was pivotal in CSK winning the IPL and CLT20 in 2010.
